Cancellation Policy 

At Plango Holidays, we understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly. Our Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for canceling bookings made through https://plangoholidays.com (the “Website”).


General Terms

  • All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email (plangoholidays95@gmail.com) or WhatsApp using the same contact details provided during booking.

  • Cancellations will only be processed during business hours (Monday–Saturday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST).

  • The date of cancellation will be considered as the date we receive your written request.


Cancellation by Traveler

Before Departure:

  • 30 days or more before departure: Up to 75% refund of total package cost (subject to supplier refund policies)

  • 15–29 days before departure: Up to 50% refund

  • 7–14 days before departure: Up to 25% refund

  • Less than 7 days before departure: No refund

Note: Airline tickets, hotel bookings, and other non-refundable components will follow the respective supplier policies.


Cancellation by Plango Holidays

In rare situations, Plango Holidays may need to cancel or reschedule a trip due to:

  • Insufficient bookings

  • Natural disasters or weather conditions

  • Political unrest or safety concerns

  • Operational issues beyond our control

In such cases, customers may choose between:

  1. Full refund of the amount paid, or

  2. Credit voucher for future travel within 12 months


Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed within 15–30 business days after confirmation of cancellation.

  • All refunds are made to the same account used during payment.

  • Service charges, processing fees, and government taxes are non-refundable.


No-Show Policy

  • If a traveler fails to show up on the scheduled departure date, no refund will be provided.

  • The same applies if a traveler misses a connecting flight or tour due to personal delay.


Partial Cancellations & Modifications

  • Any change in travel dates or itinerary after confirmation will be treated as a new booking.

  • Additional charges may apply depending on hotel, airline, and activity provider policies.


Force Majeure (Uncontrollable Circumstances)

Plango Holidays is not responsible for cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Natural calamities (flood, earthquake, cyclone)

  • Strikes, war, or political instability

  • Airline or hotel operational issues

  • Pandemic-related travel restrictions

In such cases, refund eligibility depends on our suppliers’ terms.
